 Youth Protection Youth Protection Training is Scouting's child abuse prevention training/program. Every leader needs to recertify in this training every three (3) years in the Northwest Suburban Council. Cub Scout Leader Fast Start Fast Start is the first training every new leader, or leader in a new position, should take prior to attending New Leaders Essentials and their Specifics Training. New Leaders Essentials This course is for every new leader. It will take you through most of the basics of scouting that tie all of our programs together.
