The Northwest Suburban Council, Boy Scouts of America, desires to be a significant force to influence the lives of youth in accepting high ideals and positive values for the future. We will accomplish this by enthusiastically promoting the Scouting program to youth and families, as they exist in our society today, by informing them—chartered partners, youth, and families – of the unique benefits of our program to them.
